A little taste of Thai...

A total experiment in the kitchen with a dash of creativity...
I tried to duplicate a Tom Kha Gai soup, without galangal, red peppers, fish sauce, etc.
I used real lime juice, coconut milk, cod and shrimp... and it turned out perfect! I even managed (for the first time in Japan) to find coriander- it made my day!! A delicious dinner...
