After a couple cold days last week with snow flurries, we have welcomed the sun to Shiga this week. Living on Lake Biwa is something Ray and I have missed. It is a peaceful and relaxing place to live. This pier is directly out from our apartment. It is where we used to fish from last year. Ray and I decided to take his bamboo pole down to the lake and try our luck. No luck this time...
