Some of you may remember our first post from here in Japan included some photos of my little infant vegetable plants. Where here they are now, all grown up. I've just harvested the first fruits today, some BIG, yummy cucumbers!!
They must really like the heat...
As a mama, I'm quite proud of this little fella...

So, did you use the cuc in a salad or just slice and eat it? It looks better then anything we can buy in the Alaska stores. And, for a first attempt I would say you two have the potential of being terrific gardeners, if anything you'll definitely enjoy the fruits of your labor.
