There is an outstanding, all-wooden, play area just blocks from where we live. It is clean and plastic free. We just love it there. Up until this past week, the babes haven't really enjoyed the wooden balls. But the last time we visited, they couldn't get enough of the smooth, wooden spheres.
Sophie is the opposite of shy. She nearly always crawls right up to her new buddy and stares at them for a very long time. I like to think of this being her way to introduce and get to know this new creature...
Both Sol and Sophie have reached a stage where they are fascinated with rhythm. It is SO cool to watch them bop to music, clap their hands, and even hit things together to hear the sound. Here, Sol finds the wooden sound in rhythm...
